  简要规则描述：本次实施燃气管线搬迁工程，（1）北端燃气管与20#顶管井钢护筒距离仅为0.5m，考虑到钢护筒管的壁厚以及拔桩时会产生扰动，导致燃气管道的损坏，同事根据《GB50028-2006城镇燃气设计规范》，燃气管与污水管的安全距离为1.2m，需搬迁。

  Brief Specification Description:For this natural gas pipeline relocation project: (1) the distance between the northern end of the gas pipeline and the steel casing of the No.20 pipe jacking well is only 0.5 m; considering the wall thickness of the steel casing and the potential disturbance caused during pile extraction—which could lead to damage to the gas pipeline—along with the requirement stipulated in the GB50028-2006 Code for Design of Urban Gas Supply Systems (where the safe distance between gas pipelines and sewage pipelines shall be 1.2 m), the pipeline must be relocated.

  (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
