(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）***网上磋商，供应商必须获得上海市电子签名认证证书（CA认证证书）；（2）供应商具备有效的营业执照及有效的安全生产许可证；
（3）供应商具有****城乡建设部颁发的市政公用工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
（4）项目负责人具有市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires online consultation, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) The supplier has a valid business license and a valid safety production permit; (3) The supplier has a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; (4) The project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in municipal public works, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of other ongoing construction projects;

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；
