If the final freight rate fails to meet the receiver's target, we reserve the right to notify the relevant parties before the expiry date and shall not bear any liability.

Specific loading and unloading conditions are detailed in the attachment. Our company reserves the right to modify non‑key clauses during subsequent contract negotiations.

Discharging rate: 6,000MT PWWD SHINC by vessel’s cranes and grabs.

Qualifications for bidding shipowners (all of the following must be met):

1. Must be able to provide valid tax payment certificates upon request;

2. Have operational experience in the consolidation of clinker and other cargo to West Africa within the past six months;
